Default Steering wheel wrinkle

I'm almost 100 percent sure this was not here before. Just noticed it today. Look at the middle of the steering wheel. It looks like some jagged edge going at an angle.

I'm going to the dealer on Wednsdays for another issue.

Do you guys think this warrants something to bring up and get fixed?

I know some of you had issues with the leather in the center console, premature wrinkling etc.

Good detective work! Figured this isn't the first time that's happened...

Now if a valet driver did it, it would really be annoying...

and leather moisturizer...you learn something new every day. OP, you could keep looking at alternative solutions, but this is something I'd try first if you really wanted to try to fix it, or just live with it. Unless you're taking off your ring when driving, most likely it won't be the only one.

Default Wrinkle in leather on steering wheel.

I noticed a wrinkle in the leather on the rt side of the steering wheel where it goes under the plastic. I'm going to have it looked at next week. Has anyone else experienced this?

FYI. It went away and someone was correct. It was my ring.

There are wrinkles on the sides where the plastic is but that is from the contour of the wheel and how it has to wrap around it.

I'm impressed that you could take a close-up picture of your steering wheel while doing 75mph in the left lane, in traffic!
