About to close on a deal with Justin Balcer, at Nalley Lexus Roswell (Atlanta, GA). He is awesome! Even though he didn't have what I wanted in stock he found another one for me at one of their sister locations and price matched the deal for me. He gave me 14% off MSRP right off the bat over the phone. Thanks to you guys i found the best deal possible! Im from Oklahoma so no one here or in Texas would even come close with that pricing.

SoCal Pricing
I have no idea what is occurring in other parts of the country, but for purchase pricing in Southern California, it is not difficult to get, at least, 13% and probably closer to 15% off MSRP. If you settle for less, you are not getting a 'good deal'.

Well, here in Oklahoma we have only one dealership that wouldn't accept anything higher than 11% and Texas was the same so I'll take 14% over that any day. Especially after it being the best deal i could find after calling and comparing prices all around Florida and California.

So pulled the trigger from east coast this weekend. RX 350 with 12" Navi and premium package. Its a beauty in atomic silver and parchment interior. Thanks for all the tips, guys.
MSRP: $54398
Selling price: $46441
Discount + Rebate: $8057
tt&l: $3309
OTD: $49750
This is what I did. I listed down 9 dealerships in 200miles radius. First sent emails to the farthest 3 of them. One dealership was kind enough to send their best quote in a document . Shared that with other 2 and took the best out of them. I took this best quote to the second farthest 3 dealerships. Did the same approach. Took the best from them. and finally took the best to the nearest 3 dealerships where I it took some tough negotiation as none of them were willing to negotiate with out seeing a price quote in writing. So at the end decided to bring it home on the last day of the month.

I see that Lexus has announced its rebates for August, and they appear, for most models, to be at the same levels as they were for July. The rebate for the RX continues at $1500.
I've been monitoring the inventories of a few Lexus dealers, and I've noticed that those inventories have gotten much smaller through the month of July. Considering that the shipment to dealers of additional 2017 vehicles seems to be done, that means that the selection of vehicles, colors, packages, and options will soon be getting much smaller.
As inventories are pared down, not only does that mean fewer choices of vehicles for buyers, but, also, dealers will feel, with remaining inventories at manageable levels, less need to give deep discounts. So, even if rebates get a bit better in September, August might still be the best time, considering both selection and pricing, to buy for those who are interested in a 2017 RX.

The $1500 rebate applies to a straight cash purchase of the vehicle and does not include additional rebates that some buyers can qualify for.
The rebate for lease or financed purchases can be higher because Lexus and the dealer can make more money from the terms of a lease or a financed purchase. Also, there are additional rebates that can, for buyers who meet certain requirements, be combined to result in a bigger total rebate.
