2017 RX Best Prices So Far?
#571
That is the lowest they can go. It started with $55,210, made an offer of $48,000. They dropped it to $52,210. Told them to meet in between. The best they can do is $51,500. I don't think it can go any lower than that.
There is a silver/black 2016 panoramic on the lot with 8000 miles on it selling it for $52xxx. Mint.

I need advice ASAP, Im looking to purchase my first Lexus Rx350, any advice/help would be greatly appreciated!
I'm interested in an RX350 Fsport FWD, that has caught my eye for a couple of weeks, I just don't if its too good to be true, or I should go all in?
2017 RX350 Fsport FWD with 5k miles
MSRP on the sticker: $48,920
Options:
-Blind Spot Monitor etc., Triple beam Headlamps, Panorama Moonroof, Navigation with 12.3 display, Towing Prep, Cargo net accessory package, touch free Power Rear door, and door edge guards.
Total with delivery it states it is $57,199.
The dealer states the best price is $48k plus TTL
Should I go for it? Time is of the essence, and I don't want to regret it. How much would y'all offer?

I used True Car as a baseline which was helpful to me. I was able to get 10-11% off MSRP (with the included $1500 incentive that ends monday). Seems like thats a pretty standard discount price to aim for right now. Most people also say end of the month works in your favor but that leaves you only today! Good luck.

Is this a used vehicle or a demo vehicle? RX350 FSport FWD cars with no navigation MSRP around $52,800. $2100 more for navigation and another $2500 for AWD. $48,920 makes no sense unless it is used. $1500 buy cash is available until 9/5. I was told that leasing prices would go up on 9/6 as the dealers want to start selling the 2017's in preparation for the 2018s to arrive, and that better buying incentives would be available. I would shoot for a minimum of 10% off of the MSRP plus the lease cash if you make a move by 9/5. Problem you might have the longer you wait is inventory and getting the exact car you want. I would price a brand new vehicle and compare the price to the one with 5000 miles and make a more educated and better financial decision.

Thanks Kanye and Coach for the quick reply!
To clarify, I don't plan to lease this vehicle, I would mostly likely buy it outright to avoid any confusion.
MSRP of each RX350 Fsport on the sticker states $57,199.00
A brand new one with EXACT same options w/ 24 miles they said the best price is 53k.<- this is with all the incentives they could give me.
A used one with EXACT same options w/ 5,000 miles they said the best price would be 48k.
I have never bought an vehicle used, so I am asking for advice. Is 5k cash more/less equivalent to the 5k miles?

I'd take the new one.
Just for reference, my F-sport was fully loaded with all options and MSRP was 62k and I got it for 53k so I think you may have some room to negotiate down from 53k if the MSRP is 57k.
I'm in CA though so you have to take into consideration the difference in location based pricing

2017 RX450h F-Sport, Heads-up display, 12.3" Mark Levinson, Tow Prep, Pano roof, triple-LED, Panoramic view monitor w/blind spot.
MSRP : 63000
They offered $56500, before tax, and $1500 incentive.
Thanks.

$56500 is not even 10% on probably the most expensive RX350. If incentives/lease cash of $1500 is on top of that, that equates to a 12.7% discount. I would shoot for $15% total on that car. Good luck!

It's actually new 2017 RX450h F-sport fully loaded(not RX350), and the final price I have is 56000 before 1500 current rebate. So it is...$7400 off MSRP($63,400) + 1500 total discount is $8900. Final price becomes $54,500.
That's 14.06% discount at this time. Do you think this is a good price on a new 2017 RX450h F-Sport in current market?
Thanks.

Sorry. I meant most expensive Lexus SUV crossover. I am not as familiar with the possible discount on the RX450, nor Lexus SUV's in the $60K+ range. I think 14% is pretty good. Probably not many of these vehicles on dealers lots. Question is are they hard to move in your area, or are they in demand? Tell the dealer it's a done deal at 15% off including the incentives/buy cash. All they can say is no. You can't get a dealers best price without giving them a number that you will commit to and sign the paperwork. Good luck.
