Sorry confused a bit. Thanks.

The extra 500 could be because the December sale started the beginning of November.

Not a bad deal, I'm a tic under 10% on a 65k msrp rx450 locally before Lexus cash. (2500$)
Could have traveled for about 12.5‰ before Lexus cash
450 purchased, but the dealer doesn't care either way

We only have 1 dealer in Minnesota, with 2 locations. Beverly hills had 8200 discount plus Lexus cash. Atlanta area was 6k or so off also.

You will have more options if you do not care about specific color combo.
The one I got from Lexus of Glendale California.

true, if you don't care what you get, the search would be easier.
i was able to get one scheduled for assembly, at the same discount. atomic/black i added a hitch, mud flaps, and side moldings, all weather mats on the build sheet. it came with a power rear seat that i didn't want, but oh well, the power folding will get use.
i wanted the 450 with hud and triple beam, was a pita to find, and to find dealers willing to move on it. some had told me no discount period, others 1-2k.
if i didn't want or need the hud or headlights, my dealer with a good price had several at the 62k in stock.

The he guys at Nalley are straight shooters with zero BS, but more discount and not having to travel 6 hours was the kicker.
I see that you have Money Factor of 0.00010 and Monthly payment of $440 from total $44479.
I believe $44479 is before tax, but can you tell us how much down payment you have made and a lease term?

I am planning to acquire Lexus RX this December, and you information will greatly help!

Yep MF was .00010 and RV was 56% (36/12k). We paid 2k at signing which covered acquisition fee, first month payment, tags and bull**** doc/processing fee (which wasn't a huge deal since they discounted the selling price over 12% before lease cash).

Tax in NC is 3% on each monthly payment.

over 10% plus lexus cash is in the good deal zone, there might be a couple percent more, but better than many for sure.

Not a bad deal but at this time of the year it could be better.
If not in a hurry try to get close to $5500 discount plus the Lexus cash.
I think you can get it. Also try playing the numbers between the two dealerships there and see so who can come forward.
Thank You.

OTD is a hard thing to compare, tax, title, licence, things like that can be quite different.
msrp less discount is a little easier to compare, then lexus cash,
also checking for added fees or add ons that are not wanted.

hope this helps.

A lot of back and forth with other dealers for less desirable color combos and packages - this was the best deal I could shake and I'm good with it. It will be the wife's daily driver but I'm looking forward to spending the first 7+ hours in it Monday on the way home

One more quick question - I know taxes are based on my state's rate ... what about title and licensing? Are there any registration fees that I would be required to pay that are specific to NJ or would they all be based on what my state charges (title, reg, etc)?
That sounds like a great deal. Can you tell me the name of the dealer? And who you were dealing with?

Was that before Lexus cash?

Thanks
