My car is a lease so I can't go all out like that on the mods. By the way, how much did you pay for the spring install alone? Shops here in NJ are asking $400 or so for the job.

Looks really good. What offsets did you go with on the wheels?

I’ve heard a slight rubbing at the tabs of the rear fender when going over big dips on the freeway. Something I’ve only heard 2-3x.

i think a 42ET may be best.

I am sure there are many more shops that will change the springs in CA. Here in NJ the cheapest I can get the springs alone done for is $450. There are not as many shops here and they are more expensive that in CA.

Got the drop done with RSR springs. It is a modest drop and the handling is improved a touch. I do wish someone made some slightly more aggressive springs for the RX. All in all I would say the improvement is just modest at best.

There are other makers out there. Do the research and you’ll find them. I personally think it’s perfect because the front bumper (F-Sport) still clears parking blocks.

Update: Took my ride to Deity Motorsports yesterday and they shaved about ⅓” off the inner plastic fender lip in 2-3 spots at every corner. Took it for a hard drive last night and no more rubbing. Again, I’m running 22x10.5 30ET wheels with 265/40/22 Contisilents. With 42ET, you will not rub.

When these tires wear, I’m going with 295/35/22.
