I ordered the illuminated door sills from lexuspartsnow.com and...
From my limited research, is your part # for your 2020 RX350 not compatible with a 2019 RX450h? I thought the 2019 had a different part # (and way more expensive), though the pictures of both sills looked exactly the same?

I think the hybrid has a different part # that uses a blue backlight instead of white. If true, I'd bet anything the parts are interchangeable, though, so you could put white on a hybrid or blue on a base.
Lexus dealer parts desks want $325 for the set. They are ~$75-80 + shipping at all the web outlets.

If the only difference is blue vs white light, then it's an easy decision. Screenshot below shows the cost difference...

That is a big difference in cost. I can't promise you, but I think it is highly likely that the only difference is the LED color and, as you note, the price. If you want, try this: Pop out the current sill on either front door. My bet is the driver side will have have 67920-0E040 embossed on back of the passenger (Right) side and 67910-0E040 on the driver (Left) side. I got those numbers from the standard sills I removed from my 2020 RX350. If your '19 RX450h shows the same parts, that means fitment of the illuminated sills will be same for the 350 and 450. While you have it off, you should find a small pre-wired white triangular connector in the space beneath the sill. It will have a plug in it that pops out with an easy pinch. That's where the illuminated sill connector gets its power, as it has a male connector pre-wired. Hope that helps.
Where did you get your OEM parts from other than the Dealer
Broke my right side door mirror the other day. Searched for "outer door mirror assembly" on Lexus parts website. Man, the nomenclatures are confusing as XXXX. The prices range from 300-1000+, even though they all have the same name (see picture below). I begged the dealer parts department to tell me the differences, which they wouldn't tell at all...
Where did you guys get genuine parts from, if not from the dealer.
Check with Bell Lexus North Scottsdale (Your Scottsdale, AZ, Lexus Dealer (belllexusnorthscottsdale.com)). They have an internet presence and real good pricing. You should call them and talk to their internet sales guy. I'm pretty new to the Lexus world and have already bought a few things from them (mud guards, body side molding and running boards).
My previous source for buying Lexus/Toyota parts online (legit dealership) has sold to a new owner.
So I am looking for a reliable online Lexus dealership that has good prices, service and shipping.
I usually buy parts for our Lexus and Toyota at the same time to minimize shipping costs. Toyota database uses different parts numbers sometimes, so some of the items that I find on Lexus site for my RX are not on the Toyota site for the Highlander (same year and comparable model).
I think that I recall people saying that Bell Lexus in North Scottsdale was a good supplier of genuine Lexus parts and just wanted to confirm before I placed an order.
Has anyone had positive (or negative) experience with Bell or could make recommendation for another dealership. My local Lexus dealership is not to be trusted unfortunately.
I know that this has come up and I searched, but gave up trying to find the thread after 20 minutes.
I liked my old place but I think that these guys are even cheaper and shipping is discounted....I am in CT and full shipping would kill the cost benefit (some pretty heavy parts in this order)
I ordered some air filters, oil filters and wipers for my GS350 from Lexus parts outlet. Their prices are lower than buying from the dealer. I would use them again : https://www.lexuspartsoutlet.com/
Just a follow up from my order with Bell Lexus of North Scottsdale.
Excellent service and great prices. My order will filled immediately and shipped the next day. Showed up across country in just a couple days.
In addition to the very good prices they had a shipping discount. I paid like $25 for shipping about 100 pounds of parts across country (I am in CT). Brake rotors/pads/misc.
