If your happy to go back to 9 and 3 to warm your hands when they get cold holding the wheel at the normal driving positions. Go for it. I just expected the lexus heated wheel to be as good as my ram 1500.

Yes, the seats warm up very fast on the hybrids. It is because the hybrids don't have an alternator to have to share 12 volts capacity with all the other gizmos. It is running at, at think 240 volts, and so it has capacity to deliver maximum current to all the options.

There are plenty of vehicles that have wood steering wheels that are heated. I had a pickup with a wood & leather steering wheel & it would roast your hands after about 15 minutes! My Lexus has a wood & leather wheel also & the heating is less than pathetic! Don’t wast your money, wear gloves. My seats, however, will burn your butt! Holy cow, the seat heaters (and coolers) work good!

Are you talking about heated steering wheels at 9&3?

Default Questions, comments on my new RX350

Just purchased a 2020 RX350. This is my first Lexus. I believe it to be equipped with MOST options available. My comments so far is that I have learned that I don’t like my heated steering wheel. The only heated part is where there is no wood. I place my hands for the most part where there is only wood. WishedI had the all leather wrapped steering wheel. Interesting to find that the power folding rear seats DO NOT lay down flat. A question I have is it possible to ONLY tilt the panoramic roof and move it back? I appreciate any reply’s.

Just push the sunroof button upwards (like a push on and off), instead of sliding front to back to activate the tilt feature.
