Entune Remote Success Rate
I don't know about everybody else but if I try to start my RX450h with the app on my iPhone, it works about 40% of the time. Very annoying, not to mention how slow it is. Anyone else having this issue?

I have had the same experience.
I don't think I've had a single failure with my aftermarket remote starter on my other car.
If the response doesn't improve I will find it difficult to pay for the service.

Ditto. Also it's extremely slow to process any commands. Takes 30+ seconds to lock a door...really? I will not pay for that.
