2017 RX 350, 700 miles, 3 weeks owned, has grease smell that dealership claims is a rust inhibitor on bottom of vehicle because of shipment across ocean. Dealership claims nothing can be done about it and eventually enough of the rust inhibitor will "burn off" while driving and the smell will stop. Anyone else have that problem? What can be done? Smell is very annoying.

Then your car was assembled in Cambridge, Ontario. It didn't make it over the ocean, but the smell is normal if your car had very low miles when picked up. It might not be the rust inhibitor, but the smell will go away.
I usually had that terrible smell for a few weeks when I got my Lexus, but they were from Japan.

The smell is normal and will go away with time.
