Default iPhone video playback
Could not find anything online for this. The owner's manual is unclear about this either.

How can I get videos from my iPhone to playback on the navigation screen?

There is a Video tab that is grayed out, whenever I connect an "iPod" to the car through USB. I even tried a USB flashdrive and no luck.

Without some 3rd party help your Lexus is not going to play videos directly from your iPhone.

The manual seems clear to me; you need a 4-pole aux cable.
