Thanks for all the replies. I will contact my dealer and compare other RX's in their lot. But I now believe it's not only my RX. Some of us are not bothered too much by this kind glare. Totally understand that. To me, it's not that I cannot read the instrument panel when there is reflection in my RX. I can but I'd like to read the panel easier and clearer. And compare to my other cars in the same situation I think/expect Lexus can do at least the same if not better.

I don't use any those kind polish product but I did notice the top part of the steering column does have reflections impact the instrument panel glare. I have tried to cover the top part of the column. It helps but there is glare caused from different light source(s).

Like others have said, if you plan on any kind of tint, this should help a lot. Still doesn't hurt to check with the dealer next time you're in.

until your thread - i never noticed the glare too much.
but since your thread - the only time i have glare issues is in the afternoon and the sun is coming from behind - so its almost direct light onto the gauge cluster.
its annoying - but doesn't make seen the gauges impossible.

I went back to my dealership during the past weekend. Sure enough the other RX we compared with has the same glare. The dealer said he hasn't heard from any his other customers about the glare. He will report to Lexus and let me know if there is any remedy. Neither he or I expect a feedback from Lexus. Maybe I will get used to it. Or maybe I will try to reduce it somehow. Will report back if I can implement some meaningful improvement.

Yes, I also am having the same Glare Issue and it's very annoying. I just purchased a 2017 RX 350 Luxury package and always keep my Sunroof closed. I owned an RX330 and never-ever had a glare issue. I plan on discussing the problem with my dealership in a few days.
