First of all, it was driver's error, he treated the car like an autonomous drive , did not pay attention.
Second, that was the old system, from Last November, they added 9 more cameras and a better radar, now fully ready for autonomous driving, I have driven the tesla X, the auto pilot is way beyond Lexus cruise control and unlike Lexus, they learn from their mistakes and improve, Lexus, improves after X amount of complains.
I will take telsa auto pilot any time any day over the Lexus lame lane keep assist crappy wobbling drive, what a joke, try a Tesla for yourself, see what I am talking about before commenting

Trade it in and get your Tessa. You will find lots of problems to complain about. A little heat off the dash is nothing compared to what a current Tesla driver has to put up with. No way I would trust the auto pilot. Drove one for 10 days and it was one electrical glitch after another. We were all laughing if this was what Tesla was giving to it's customers
