Fair enough, but I am was just not ready for all these issues when the brand of the car is given Top ratings from Consumer Reports for reliability and Luxury. As far as Phone integration goes, may be I should have expected that because I have yet to see any Automotive journalist praise Lexus for Infotainment Unit/Software.

The dealer should have a technology specialist to assist customers with these kinds of problems. There are numerous things that can cause issues. As for noises, no car is perfect when built. Noises happen, you need to ride with someone at the dealer so you can point out where, what speed, over bumps, etc... Otherwise, its a crapshoot on what people may or may not hear. Every car makes noises, alot, but some are normal and some are not.

Debris falling into the blower motor cavity is bound to happen. The filter sits right above the blower motor. Hopefully next time, ask the service writer to have the technician to unmount and drop the blower motor below the dash to remove any debris that remains inside.
As for the phone connectivity, I believer there was a navigation update that resolves this issue. I just can't remember if it was for the RX350 or another Lexus model

I am 100% sure there was no issues with the connectivity proper setting is not an issues not a malfunction. There are 3 parties involved: Lexus, iPhone and owner but it is Lexus fault by default since it is $60K car.

My money is on an iPhone, or cable related issue causing your 2nd problem. Did it work when you originally left the dealer?

I'm seriously starting to think that if there are any genuine Lexus customers on this blog? or a majority of people here are paid by Lexus to defend them!
I do know what is your source of income, but I'm a very hard-working person, and I value each and every dollar that I spend. So a $60,000 car is a very premium car for me and I don't think I should be dealing with these issues to begin with.

I think someone is not reading the post before replying. The same phone and the same user had no problems with another brand of car, so you still going to defend Lexus?
