What maintenance should I do at this stage?
Hey folks, I have been unable to locate my owners manual for some reason so I’m turning to you for advice on what you think I should have done as part of my next service. This is a 2017 RX 350 with 45,000 miles, original owner. to date, the only thing I’ve done is change the oil every 5000 miles, put a new set a tires on about eight months ago and a new battery not long ago. So, question is, without looking at the manual I’m wondering if it is time to get the transmission fluid flushed, the brake fluid flushed, in addition to my oil change that is now due. The car is in outstanding condition, always garaged and well taken care of so there are no known problems or issues, but since I intend to continue to keep it for several more years to come, I’d like to go ahead and get done whatever should be serviced. But, not wanting to do more than is necessary. I’m also wondering if I would be better off having the Toyota dealership do this service and whether that might be less expensive
Edit. I did the cabin filer recently too.

2017 RX450h with 81,000 miles. I change the oil every 10,000 miles, cabin and engine air filters every 20,000 miles, brake fluid flush at 30,000 miles. That is it until 100, 000 miles when anti freeze needs to be changed.

This!
I've followed his guides for DIY oil, trans fluid and coolant changes for my '17 ES350, and will soon be doing the same work on my wife's '18 RX350, as it's at 60k miles.

Have same car 81,000 miles. Oil change every 10,000 miles, brake fluid change at 30,000 and 60,000 miles. No alignment and perfect tire wear. Change oil and cabin filter every 15,000 miles sure way early but cheap and easy to do. That is it.

2018 RX350 Required Maintenance
All we’ve ever done on our Lexus is Oil Changes & Tire Rotations
At 42,000 miles what if anything are mandatory service requirements? Thanks very much

You are way overdue for an engine and cabin air filter. All of this information is in the owners maintenance manual. For other useful service material, refer to the link at post # 336.

What Do You Think of This Service Estimate?
Took our 2019 RX 350 to the dealer yesterday to address brake pedal pulsation. The car has 13,600 miles with an in-service date of 9/26/20.
Just received a text estimate that the following "repairs" are needed:
$99.95 - front brakes pads at "5 mm plus" should be replaced because once the rotors are resurfaced the rotors will go bad again if pads not now replaced;
$104.44 - replace wiper blades;
$114.32 - replace cabin air filter;
$86.99 - replace engine air filter;
$149.95 - 4 wheel alignment; and
$206.05 - replace brake fluid.
