Finally! A quiet F-sport

I ordered mine from my local dealer also. Ordered on Thursday, part came in on Monday. Installed it and it sounds a lot more like an RX. I always thought my RX-F is louder under normal acceleration than my GS-F and that shouldn't be.
btw, I pity the idiot that gave this thread a 1 star.

I had it on for about a week now. Nope, don't miss it.
Like I said, it's an SUV. If I want engine noise, I would get the 5.0 V8 from GSF(actually looking to upgrade the GS) or LC500(considering it but might not be practical unless I keep the GS). I didn't buy the F-Sport on the RX for the louder fake engine noise. I bought it for the triple beam headlamps, the mesh front grill, and the tighter suspension in Sport+ mode. I actually thought it was louder than my GS-F sport when I test drove it but there wasn't anything other SUV I would buy. But this fixes that.
But yeah, if you feel like switching back every now and then, just pop the hood and swap the part. It should take less than 5 minutes if you've done it once already. Maybe a little longer putting back the larger resonator of the F-Sport. The space is cramped.
I keep all of the OEM part I replace on the car.

I was pretty much on the same boat when looking at SUVs. Although the mileage kinda stinks on the RX350F, the triple beams, 20" F-Sport rims, aggressive front grill, panoramic view monitor, HUD, 12.3" monitor, and regular gas requirement had me sold. However, I really wished the lane departure warning beeped, mainly bc I'm so used to having an audio alert in my other ride.

I don't even noticed any extra engine noise with my FSport during normal driving (only have it for a couple weeks). Do I need to rev up the engine to certain RPM to hear?
