I ordered mine from my local dealer also. Ordered on Thursday, part came in on Monday. Installed it and it sounds a lot more like an RX. I always thought my RX-F is louder under normal acceleration than my GS-F and that shouldn't be.

btw, I pity the idiot that gave this thread a 1 star.

Appreciate the feedback. Just curious but any itch to switch back to the stock RX-F resonator at all? Curious if you or anyone else misses the growl from time to time...

I had it on for about a week now. Nope, don't miss it.
Like I said, it's an SUV. If I want engine noise, I would get the 5.0 V8 from GSF(actually looking to upgrade the GS) or LC500(considering it but might not be practical unless I keep the GS). I didn't buy the F-Sport on the RX for the louder fake engine noise. I bought it for the triple beam headlamps, the mesh front grill, and the tighter suspension in Sport+ mode. I actually thought it was louder than my GS-F sport when I test drove it but there wasn't anything other SUV I would buy. But this fixes that.

But yeah, if you feel like switching back every now and then, just pop the hood and swap the part. It should take less than 5 minutes if you've done it once already. Maybe a little longer putting back the larger resonator of the F-Sport. The space is cramped.
I keep all of the OEM part I replace on the car.

Glad to hear that! Now, if only I get my hands on one. I contacted 2 local dealers and they're both telling me the part is OOS in the entire country and they don't know how long it'll take to get. One dealer is asking $18.93+tax, but they're still researching whether they can actually get the part, as well as how long it will take. I also contacted lexuspartsdirect.ca and they said they don't ship to this US...

I was pretty much on the same boat when looking at SUVs. Although the mileage kinda stinks on the RX350F, the triple beams, 20" F-Sport rims, aggressive front grill, panoramic view monitor, HUD, 12.3" monitor, and regular gas requirement had me sold. However, I really wished the lane departure warning beeped, mainly bc I'm so used to having an audio alert in my other ride.

I tried helping some of you and called the dealer that I got the part from last week and they said it's out of stock everywhere in the country.

No clue on cost...Surely less than 20 bucks. I really don't care. Worst comes to worst, just go test drive an non-F Sport and swap them out. j/k

I don't even noticed any extra engine noise with my FSport during normal driving (only have it for a couple weeks). Do I need to rev up the engine to certain RPM to hear?

I also do not hear any engine rev noise on our RX FSport.
The sound is very obvious on NX FSport when it is turned on, in the mood.

Just checked with Lexus dealer here in Kansas City. He said all dealers in the USA and Canada are out of stock.
