Hi Everyone, I tried a search here and google, but cant seem to find anyone with a similar issue. My 450h has the power rear door, and I've opened it via the dash control, as well as the touchless sensor, however I cant seem to get it to work remotely with the keyfob button (I tried with both keys, both pressing the button once and holding it down for a few second or two). Anyone have a similar issue, or know if there is a setting that disables this? I couldn't see anything in the manual either. Next stop will be giving Lexus a call tomorrow, but thought I'd check here first.

check PBD on dash on/off

The button to the left of the steering wheel? Does that do anything other than opening/closing? Or something else?

Mant possibilities exist for the PBD settings. Try a few options listed here to see if they allow your key FOB for open the PBD:

Thanks, so have to swing by the dealer. Luckily haven’t passed the 30 day/1k mile service.

The fob should open the back when pressed and held....doesn't matter if you are passed 30 days or 1K mileage. Dealer will get it working...

Closing the loop on this. Dealer reprogrammed both keys and updated the vehicle settings, all fixed
