BTW, last time when I did 5k mile service, I called and made the appointment. Today I wanted to use the high tech way so I submitted my request on their web site. It has been 4 hours and I have not heard anything from them.
i just always email my service rep.

I tried the internet site appointment and nothing happened. Called the next day to confirm and the girl in service says to always call and do not depend on their site to make appointments.

Go figure.

I once logged into my local Lexus dealer's site to make an appointment. I didn't see any convenient openings, so I just decided to wait. A few days later, I received an automated email from them asking if I was still interested in making an appointment. Included in that email was a coupon for a free oil change (synthetic included)! So, I guess YMMV.

They never respond my online appointment inquiry. So I stopped by the dealership today. They said they knew what I was talking about, without even looking my RX. They said the water was in some door panels, not really in the door. Basically it was not a problem.

sounds like a problem to me! What door panels, and did they drain them?

Default Drivers door full of water

I have a 2020 Lexus RX-350 with sunroof etc in Mobile Alabama, the rainiest city in America. I noticed recently that I have a sound of slushing water mostly in the drivers door. We have been having daily thunderstorms. I just confirmed I have a bunch of water in the drivers door.

I had this same issue is my old expedition as the drain from the damn sunroof keep getting oak pollen etc in it and getting clogged up. I have huge live oaks all around. Could this be the same issue? Could it be seals etc? Of course it went out of warranty in March.

If so how do clean out the drains on this car or fix this?
