Here's a better photo of the OEM cargo liner. The back pieces are Velcroed to the seat, and the seats still can move individually.

They're in Edmonton. Was about 55 bucks to ship to Oregon, arrived via fedex in about 5 days.

I ordered one. $155 CDN plus $66 CDN to ship to Texas. It has about $170 US. Last year when I brought the car, I tried to get the canadian cargo liner through the Park Place Lexus dealer and they wanted about $400 to cover shipping and customs.

This cargo liner has already helped a lot by protecting the back of the seats with a couple of cargo loads. I really like that it covers the space between the back seats and the floor. Very difficult to clean when stuff falls into that slot behind the seats.
