Siri hands free and 350 navigation

is there any way to use Siri hands free for navigation that shows up on the cars display?

No, though I wish that it could!. Siri Eyes Free simply passes your voice commands to Siri on your iPhone, which can play music but has no control over your Lexus navigation system. You can issue voice commands for navigation with the Lexus voice command button, but its voice recognition does not work as reliably as Siri's.
