F Sport Seat Conversion
Looking into the possibility of changing bottom seat cushions and covers on an F Sport, to make bottom cushion same as Exec model. Parts are available. Anyone have experience with this modification. Seems Lex shops take the easy way out, and just condemn the idea. (Another possibility is re-contour of cushion, and cover by an upholstery shop.)

You’d prob just want to replace the whole seat.

Yes, that option is, no doubt, more likely to be successful. I'm a cheap old farmer, used to improvising, and I would like to consider the modification.

That might work. Mine are black, 25000km, so as new condition. We would have to find equivalent exec model seats, and make an appointment at a mutual shop. (I'd still like to consider just changing the cushions). Wife is small and has some mobility issues. Exec seats would be better for her.
