Car wash staff broke a plastic piece which twists 90 degrees to retain the front floor mat in place.

​​​​​​Can someone help me identify a replacement part number or repair kit to replace the broken piece? It's part of the cars carpeting, not the piece that's embedded into the mat itself.

I searched around on some of the Lexus parts websites, but didn’t find just the grommet assembly. This might be a part that dealerships regularly stock.
