Software issue of bluetooth phone call

Last night I parked my RX 350 2017 on roadside and made a phone call from my cell phone, though it was connected to RX350 via bluetooth, but I didn't use the speaker/mic of car.
After that call, I found the screens of my RX350 were all locked at "Phone call in progress" status, cannot quit.
Finally I had to restart the engine to get out of the locking.
Wondering if you have ever seen this issue before.

Not a solution to your specific problem. But if the Multimedia system ever freezes, you don't have to turn off the car. Just Pressing and holding the power button for the multimedia will restart the whole system.
