I just got my 2018 rx350 two weeks ago and i notice there is rattle noise from back side door handle. when you closed the door or go over rough road you can hear the loosing part from the handlebar. does that happen with eveyone?

Not at all--the dealer can fix it. Just make sure there is nothing loose in the door storage pocket that might be rattling.

I had the same rattle coming from the handle in one of the rear doors on my 2016 RX 350. But it would only rattle when I closed the door so I never bothered to get it corrected. BTW, the front passenger side view mirror rattles a bit when you close the door - happened on my 2016 RX 350 and is happening on my new 2018 RX 450h.

yes my front passenger side mirror rattles a bit too but that dont really bother me. only the back handlebar get louder and louder. the left side just a little but the right side really annoying. im really disappointed with lexus quality now. i had the 2016 nx200t and it had the rattles noise behind the driver seat also the trunk too. brought to the dealer but they cant fix it. traded in the 2016 nx200t for new 2018 rx350 awd but still with rattles noise lol. if the dealer cant fix this rattle with my 2018 rx350 this gonna be my last lexus. wait for a year or two then change brand

Don't give up hope just yet. My rattle was very hard to locate, and I was doubting if they can fix it, but once the tech recognized the rattle was there, they was able to fix mine. BTW, all my theories where the noise came from was not exactly accurate either. I think the key is to bring the car in when it is still new. If you wait a year or so, they may not work as hard to fix it. I am much happier with my RX now (rattle free)

brought my 2018 rx350 to dealer to fix the handlebar and look what they did with the leather and the part not even in proper place. check the pic

I would bring it back and demand a proper finish. You can always contact Lexus directly, but most dealership would fix these things so give them a chance to correct it first. Good luck

That's poor....I and I assume yourself expect far better than that, particularly from a Lexus dealer. I've had some woeful experiences with dealers over the years - they break things, scratch the car, incorrect assembly, just way too often but they all have been lower end type vehicles/manufacturers . I'd be pissed off it that happened to my RX.

Are we customers required to use the Lexus dealership that sold us the car for this kind of service? Or we can take it to any dealership and the warranty is still honored?

Must be the RX was made on Monday or Friday. Bet there is an empty Coke can behind door panel, LOL! Really they say don't buy a new car made in Monday or Friday. A guy who used work on assembly line said.

Your warranty is good anywhere but you might get a better reception where you bought it since Lexus will likely soon send you a survey that will reflect on the delivery experience and condition of the car at delivery.
