change female voice to male voice

My problem as well on my es300h. The woman's voice has an accent I can't understand: when she says "right", I hear "left." This carries with it some obvious safety risks in downtown driving. My hearing problem would do better with a heavy male voice. I don't care if he yells "Hallelujah" after every command, as long as I know which way to turn. I
