Hitch Receiver for RX350L
Unfortunately, I can't answer the question, but I can update it. I'm told the aftermarket sellers have still not declared a fit for the extended body application. Would really appreciate hearing if someone knows anything different! Thanks.

The following answer from etrailer might be relevant: https://www.etrailer.com/question-296556.html
I suggest you contact etrailer and ask. I've bought a bunch of trailer hitches, electrical harnesses and bike racks from them and found them always extremely helpful.

Thanks, Kansas! Yes, the e-trailer guys have been great to me, too. They're actually the people I contacted to ask about availability. Their response: "I really wish we had a fit for the L model, but at this time we are still waiting on a fit to be released." Me, too.

look at post #116 - i know you said PERFECTLY FIT, but this is a solution for now if you have no other alternative and you NEED/WANT the hitch.
i scanned the post/thread and it looks like it fits.. expect some splash guard piece.. maybe you can reach out to that member directly for more info or post up in that thread.

First post. Just recently purchased 2019 RX350L, and need a hitch for my Thule hitch mount bike rack. Dealer wants $1100 for OEM hitch and installation; too much $$. Just ordered a hitch from e-trailer for $178. Install is relatively simple except for removing and trimming a body panel inside the LR quarter panel. Don’t need wiring harness as the hitch will only be used for bike transport. I’ll post a few pics, and tips, as I do the install. The video at the e-trailer shows the hitch being installed on a Highlander, not a Lexus.
UPDATE: Today I received the Draw-Tite hitch from e-Trailer, and it’s going back. E-Trailer had stated that this hitch would be hidden behind the rear facia, and only the receiver would be visible. Not correct; the entire drawbar and receiver would be visible.
I spoke with Curt Hitch this afternoon, and they have a brand new hitch for the 350L in production now. Per two different customer service people, the drawbar will be hidden from view and only the receiver will be visible. Part # is: 13394.
FYI: Lexus will not install an OEM hitch unless the vehicle is equipped with the Tow Prep Package (a $265 option when ordering).
