Radio ID missing for SiriusXM

The dealer replaced the radio/navigation unit in my 2016 RX. When I tried to activate the SiriusXM subscription, it couldn't be done because the RADIO ID found on Channel 0 was blank. Can I or the dealer insert a RADIO ID so that I can activate or is this unit defective and must be replaced to use it for XM? Everything else works well including GPS, AM, FM and SiriusXM channel 1. IT's just that on Channel 0, it shows the RADIO ID as a blank. Any suggestions appreciated.

if digging around, software information, anything like that in the menu, does that get you anywhere ??

GPS rebooted mid-ride a couple of times. All integrated with the radio, so their solution was to replace radio. I haven't had a reboot since, but it's just a couple of weeks.

When I went back to check out the INFO button, the screen display totally changed and showed the RADIO ID next to Channel 000 where it hadn't before. I got the activation done in 5 minutes and all is okay. Thanks for your suggestion.
