Default Tactics to use at dealership when buying RX350

I'm about to purchase a used 4th gen RX350 and I wanted to know what tactics some of you on this forum tried and that may or may not have been successful. The one I am looking at does not have a second key fob which is annoying so I am trying to negotiate at having them include a new one. I am also trying to have them include the all weather mats. Any other ideas?
Thanks!

I would negotiate the price first. Check out prices on the web like kbb.com. Take this into the dealership with you. Once this is done, you should nibble for this other items you want.

No second fob is a big negative on any trade.

Are you purchasing from a Lexus dealership or another brand dealership? If the dealership is an AutoNation participant then you used vehicle prices are pretty much set and only lower over time as a vehicle doesn't sell. The second remote is expensive to purchase and it must be programmed to your RX while removing the lost remote's programming. If you are a credit union member I would look to see their vehicle rates over what Lexus or another dealership will offer you. A large downpayment can help matters too. If they will not budge on price you can ask for discount of parts and service (provided they are a Lexus dealership) and that can help pay the cost of the second remote and other ancillary needs or wants.

I purchased using the Costco Auto program. Dealers associated with Costco will have to provide a written quote. Using the Costco quote, you can try negotiating with other dealers.

I'm buying this from a lexus dealership. They knocked off $1,100 off the purchase price.
I'm going to see what they can do to provide me with a second key fob
