Nav. guidance changed?
My previous Lexus models always tells me which side of the street (left or right) my destination will be, however, I take delivery of 18 Rx and immediately notice the guidance stops doing so. Have I missed something here of Lexus decided to go backwards?

I've encountered the same issue, but not on all addresses that have been entered by me or by Destination Assist. If the destination is important and time is a factor I simply use Waze or Google Maps, on speakerphone, for better accuracy.

I've had the car for 2.5 years and Probably used the oem navi twice. Both times i regretted using it. For me the infotainment system in this car is is Worst part. It has a beautiful big screen that is completely useless..

I have a 2017 and my nav has a dot next to the last guidance that tells me which side the destination is on in addition to the voice guidance saying which side it's on. I'll take a picture when I get a chance. Not sure about the 2018 though.

Traded in my '16 RX350 for a '18 RX450h and finally used the nav guidance for the first time on a trip down to Seattle. No difference in the guidance other than updated POIs. It still tells me which side of the street the destination is on.

Mine does say which side of the destination too (RX 2018). You might have to turn it on in nav setting. It's not a bad nav. but input address is slow, so many step, and cannot do it while you're driving which is annoy when I want to change new destination between the strip.

I have an old 2010 rx350 with no nav (hooray for old digital text). Anyway, I live in Texas and rarely need nav so I didn't get the nav back then. Seems to work out well because I've tried the lexus nav back then and today, and it still is unbearable. so much wasted potential. Anyway, was in the market for the '19 rx hoping they would finally add CarPlay, but I guess the RX is such a hot car, it is one of the few models not to get Carplay.....good job lexus
I think I'll pick up the '18 on discount in the next month and add the beatsonic attachment to mirror my iphone screen. If you haven't seen it, it makes your screen usable....though too usable that you can even play netflix while you drive :/
