2019 RX prices

Yes, I have visited a Lexus dealership nearby and they are quoting ~$6,000 off (this includes $2500 Lexus rebate). Currently, it is ~$51,000 + TTL. This is around 11% off MSRP. Since the 2020's are coming out now, I'd assume there would be a much bigger discount than that. To be honest, I have not tried to negotiate down the price yet. I'd like to do my homework first and see what kind of deals others have gotten recently. My timeframe to purchase is by the end of this month.

If you gave them your phone number, they're probably calling you, asking if you are ready to come in. That's the sales specialist or the internet person. When you get the sales manager on the phone or in person, then you deal and write down all the numbers on a paper. Then when you go there, the purchase agreement should match your numbers, except the Tag should be less than the estimated $250.

1) Figure out how far you want to travel, and short list the dealers with your exact vehicle or close to it.
2) Email all the dealers and see where they are
3) A bad deal at this juncture is invoice minus incentives. Find invoice pricing on your model available online everywhere. Heck one person posted on the My20 about 14% off
4) Test drive the RX, see if it works for you on the roads you frequent regularly.
5) No need to call anyone of give them any phone numbers. The numbers game can be done all over email, as it leaves literally zero error for "interpretation" etc
6) Make sure all the quotes are itemized.
a) Vin of vehicle and current odo
b) V-spec of vehicle which lists the build of the particular RX
c) Discount total from the dealer side
d) applicable rebates
e) All fees and what each fee is you can find out later online.
1a) Prep and stupid fees like Nitrogen tires are stupid. Dont pay and tell them, the dealership can cover it
f) Make sure they calculate the tax to your cars registration zip
7) Dealers dont need copies of quotes to determine if your full of horse**** or not. They know exactly the bottom on a particular model. If dealer A says $57k and dealer B says $47K, and you try to price match at A, they dont need a copy of your quote. They know if its doable or not. You can relay that you got Dealer Bs pricing, but you should not need to disclose who Dealer B is, or their itemized quote.
Hope this helps those folks in need.

How much discount is available now on RX350 2019?
Looking to buy a new 2019 RX350 now that the 2020 model is out. How much discount is available now on a new RX350 2019? Is 20% off MSRP realistic?

Usually the more 20s they unload, the lesser the value of a 19.
I went by a local dealership recently, and the buzz on the MY20 RX is quite insane. Folks lining up for TDs.

That's about 10k off. There isn't a set percentage, each dealer is different and the discounts vary based on where you are buying in the country. You can ask for it, but they'll counter with less. In my case, I asked for $7,500 off, and got 5k, then the $2,500 rebate. In this thread people talk in terms of percentage. The Sales Manager may ask you for a number you are looking for, not a percentage. You'll need to have these numbers ready. You'll be buying from dealer stock, and most will have the same configurations so you can compare the same car at different dealers (that's what I did, both were the same). If you know the exact configuration you want, then you can follow Coolsaber's advice on getting the best deal. But at some time, you'll have to ask for that 10k off MSRP, and they'll say you're crazy (they have to make some money), which is expected, and they'll counter. See if the $2,500 rebate is active now, or you wait until the December to Remember sale which starts at the end of November. Good Luck.

That's pretty interesting, the MY20 seriously does not add anything of real value, even design wise the difference isnt like my15 ES to my16 ES or anything. Android auto? really?

Thanks for the reply. When I go down today I'll try to get a cheaper 2019 that's fully loaded rather than a semi premium 2020?

It's not great. I would aim to at least get that payment with zero due at signing. This way you will be around 1% which is a fair deal for Lexus. If you get them to drop the 2K DAS see if you can add some MSDs to lower even more the monthly payment. After MSDs a good Lexus deal should be less than 1% of MSRP.

Did anyone buy a 2019 RX 350 recently? Or know what's a good OTD price? Been to dealers in California and so far have been able to get 48k OTD pricing (with rebate) on a 2019 Rx 350 W/ Premium package ($53K MSRP) Thanks.

I went to 2 dealers, the 2nd matched the 1st. I didn't have much time either. The wife went to the Orlando dealer to compare the 2019 to the 2020s and wanted to buy the car immediately to get it done (no patience). I didn't really have time to visit a 3rd dealer or play the waiting game so I was happy with the deal I got.

OTD doesn't mean much when fees, extra charges, taxes vary between dealers and states.
Look back in the thread and see what the best deal someone has gotten in your area (% off MRSP). Then aim for a little more since MY20s are out. Add in tax, +/- fees and give the dealer your OTD price based on this calculation.
If you're willing to travel to get a better deal, then this might save you significant amounts.
