Jumping over from the IS group. I'm helping my mom out in getting a CPO. Her car got totaled in a hit & run. I'm trying to educate myself in getting her another RX. I'm looking at a 17' RX350 FWD CPO with 15k on the clock. Keyes of van nuys is asking 42,864. https://keyeslexus.com/used/LEXUS/20...56710c136.htm#
What's a more realistic starting point as far as pricing?
Thanks Nguyen. Yeah, I got another Cerritos Lexus/Autonation listing. 45k for an 18' with less than 3k miles "No haggle price"
They stuck to their guns. However, you can discuss pricing structure on newer vehicles though...
Better off finding a dealer that can be more realistic with their pricing.
I paid 46,500 for my 2017 rx 350 and they were pretty strong on their price and it was cpo. There was 4k miles on it.The issue I had was it was the only one around here with the interior I wanted. There were no 2018s to even work with.. just my 2 cents
I bought a CPO from Lexus of Glendale. Just a heads up and I know this because I called several dealers. They will be firm on the price listed. They have this one price policy now for preowned certified.
I bought a 2016 Rx350 premium package for $36,999 before taxes and fees. 20k Miles.
The best price on a 2018 base model RX 350 was 43.4k out the door from Lexus of Riverside. I went with the used one because it had more features that I wanted ( wood steering wheel, real leather, rims and a few other options). Also Lexus has a 2.9% finance option for CPO. For new cars it’s 3.9% don’t ask me why. I would think it would be the other way around.
Thanks for the heads up. The fixed price is new to me, but quickly learning its across the board at the dealerships. Jim Faulk of Beverly Hills seem like they can help with flexibility. The rest here in LA seemed firm like you stated.

Yes I was surprised myself. I even told them that sounds like carmax, theres a reason I don't shop there because I cant negotiate the price. That's when I learned that all Lexus dealers in Los Angeles are doing the same thing. I had also contacted Lexus Beverly Hills, they were fine with negotiating the price on the new ones just like the other dealers but not the certified. If they told you otherwise then make sure they don't back track. Good luck with the search.
