I have 2017 Lexus RX 350 without navigation system in Canada. How to mirror cell phone to 2017 Lexus RX 350?

If you are referring to an Apple CarPlay/Android Auto style "mirroring" it is not available on your 2017 RX.
After a long period of resisting because of perceived privacy issues, Lexus has just now included Apple
CarPlay (but not Android Auto) in the newly redesigned 2019 ES.

Beatsonic unless you have an iPhone XS, up to a X or Android it works well at mirroring!
Install is not to,o big a deal! Waiting forXS update, works fine on SE or X.
