Not sure. What’s the hybrid system? Do you have the correct dip settings? I had them wrong first time and the unit behaves strangely and after correcting (the 3rd dip down) then works. But I am not sure. Cosmos may be able to help?

Everything is working fine now, it was the dongle that couldnt use android, iPhone car play works like a charm. I think the battery was low because of many hours of activity in the car. Waited few hours and everything is perfect.

Just a quick update my version of the android is a newer built and it doesn’t have the Bluetooth app so I can’t use wireless car play yet. Cosmo said he didn’t built my version so he will follow up with engineering team and get back to me. I am using usb for carplay for now and I am just as happy

I installed the wireless CarPlay dongle and I'm getting all kinds of stutters when playing. I guess it's possible its my iPhone's Bluetooth and I'll try another phone to compare. But when using the dongle wired to my iPhone it works even better than my last dongle. Anyone else out there noticing the stuttering?

I tried some more today, it's not easy to connect two phones. I paired both phones one at a time by turning of the phone's WIFI for each paring. Then I connect my phone wirelessly, to disconnect my phone and use my wife's phone, I have to turn off my phone's wifi, and then connect the box's Bluetooth to my wife's phone again and then it connect to her phone's carplay.
Not sure if there is a better and more convenient way to do this for two phones.

So just got it. No paperwork so forgive the silly question but there’s a USB port and a usb cable. I’m assuming the existing wire that goes to the existing dongle is connected to the new dongle but what does the little cable connect to?

what does the little cable looks like? I don't have any other cable than the dongle itself.
