After doing some careful research, I determined that the part number I need is 83800-0EB40. Luckily there are a few available on eBay for $350-$400. Do you have any at your shop? Also, can you let me know what you need for odometer reprogramming process? Do you need the entire gauge cluster sent to you? Also, how much does it cost and how long does it take?

Not sure on the FOBs. Probably something a dealer or locksmith would need to re-learn with whatever process that model/year has or if you had an OBD device/app/techstream on a laptop it could be done with that.
Should be on a sticker on the back of the cluster. That's step 1. We could try. Pricing depends on availability, couldn't give an estimate without narrowing down which one you need.
