I traded a 2007 LS460L with 80k miles that had similar error codes and a $4000 estimate for my '17 RX350 FSport that is NOW giving me the same messages and more! It's not the gas cap and I've not run it low on gas. Off to the dealer she goes tomorrow to see what the issue is. Not a happy camper! I'll update when I hear back from service.

It's happened a total of four times in July. It's in the shop for the second time. The first time they told me it was software related. I told them to either resolve the issue or I was going to have to get another car. I don't feel safe driving down the tollway and all the sudden seven messages pop up saying all sorts of systems are malfunctioning, including low brake power. To be continued...

Not to mention fuel cools the pump. Pump can overheat if fuel runs that low. I pretty much always refill around half tank.

Update on mine... REPLACE SPEED SENSOR LH, AND HUB BEARING ASSY. COMPLETED REPLACED REAR SPEED SENSOR LH, AND HUB BEARING ASSY AND CLEARED CODE, ROAD TEST VEHICLE. SPEED SENSOR MAGNET PICKED UP FRAGMENTS & CAUSED FAILURE (Copied from service document. Sorry for the all caps.)

We'll see if this fixes it.

Wow....received the same failure yesterday on my wife's 2017 RX350 AWD with only 41xx miles on it. Error occurred during driving, ICS failure / 2 AWD engaged / contact dealer. Towed it to the dealer. Last night dealer said the engine mis-fired and caused an error. Still awaiting on the dealer feedback today. Wife is beyond mad and disappointed since Lexus suppose to be almost bullet proof. *sigh*

i just hope this won't be a common occurrence....

No cars are bullet proof. My boss just took delivery of a Benz AMG GL something - the big one. 300 miles on the OD and on comes the CEL. I avoided him the rest of that day😁 Two days later and car is fine after a faulty sensor was replaced.

Go log onto to your Lexus site and look at your vehicle health report.

saw this when i logged in, getting close to my 15k, i was going to do the rotate myself, but might be worth getting it done at the same time. (not sure the going rate of a 15k, but guessing a rotate is much less ??

Thanks for the heads up. Looks like the problem only occurs in a carwash with the vehicle in neutral. I always use PARK so I am not too worried. In fact, I don't remember the last time I used the neutral shifter position. Nevertheless, I will have the software updated at the next scheduled service.

You put your car in 'park' in the car wash tunnel? Doesn't that slow down the line a bit?

Whoops, my apologies. I wasn't even thinking about that kind of carwash. I use a brushless car wash that you drive into and park, and yes that would really slow the line down and probably remove the parking pawl from the transmission.

Thanks. Just noticed this issue too when i logged into Lexus site. I handwash my cars so not a priority now, will have dealer take care of it in my next service.

The only automatic car wash I use is the dealer's. Would be funny if it happened while in his car wash!
