I can't quite read the error, but I think the last line is "Visit Your Dealer". I think this error message has been the subject of another thread on this forum -- recommend you search this forum using the first part of the error message.

The errors are tiny. I can make out the following:
1) Secondary Collission Brake System Malfunction
2) Parking (Support?) Brake Malfunction
3) AWD System Malfunction 2WD Mode Engaged
I've driven 4 RX 350s since 2010. Currently have a 2018. I now understand the gas cap being loose can cause the Engine light to come on. But create an ICS error, disable cruise control and cause an AWD error drive error indicating the car is now in 2WD mode? Funny thing is, my gas tank was last filled over a week ago and this is the first time it's happened. I currently live in NJ where the law believes people are incapable of pumping their own gas. So, it was the "full-serve" professional who caused the issue. Funny.
So the wife calls me in a fluster, THE CAR IS BROKEN!!! and its displaying these messages
She drives it back home, i plug in the scanner and of course its just a gas cap issue. Retigthen gas cap, cleared the code with torque app and its all fine.
Why would Lexus scare housewives with such bs? if she didnt know any better she would have taken it into the dealer and they might have got her for 4 new tires, or some completely unnecessary service.
Not sure if unrelated, but ICS malfunction I thought was a recall on the 2017 RX350. It is related to the Intelligence Clearance Sonar....auto brake in reverse when detecting an object.
I generally am not one to recommend going to the dealer, and I am a big fan of using scan tool to find out what is going on, but I think that you may have more than a gas cap (evap) issue.

Went through the same thing with our '19 today. Fortunately, the exact same codes as yours were shown so it was an easy fix. Good thing too since my wife is headed out of town in it tomorrow.
I have been having the same periodic issue. New battery last summer. Ok for a while then started again. Replaced lane assist system for $1200. NOPE. Happened again same day I picked up car. Then they said loose battery attachment. NOPE. Happened again week later! Can’t take it in til light is on again. I have had electronic parking brake, cruise control, ABS and parking assist malfunctions. Anyone have an answer???
no wires eaten. Car in garage
Many times a single point of failure will cause multiple warning lights due to the way systems interact. Look for common factors bewteen all the warning. One suspect would be wheel speed sensors as they affect brakes and AWD.
