Rear Tailgate Spoiler removal
Does anyone know how to remove the rear top spoiler on the 4th gen RX350? I scratched it and want to replace it.

Actually,
There are 2 nuts and 5 bolts holding the spoiler.
2 hole plugs on each side of the back door hatch to access to bolts, the rest are open once you get the trim piece out.
Also held down by 6 clips which just pops off when you pull up on the spoiler to get it out. ( hatch closed position )

Sorry about that, its been a while since I removed to place some rubber pieces on the side spoilers to quiet down some creaks. There was no double sided tape or sealant. Just the nuts, bolts, and clips that Nad1370 mentioned.
Removing the plastic trim piece was the harder for me. To top trim piece clips pretty strongly on the side trim pieces since it hooks around the other trim piece. Use a plastic tool to get it to unhook it from the sides. Take your time and go slowly.
This drawing of the spoiler and lift gate trim will give you an idea. This is what I used as a guide when I removed it.

So the LOML backed into a partially opened garage door and in the process damaged this. Not sure what exactly it is called, but the left side broke a few plastic tabs so it doesn't snap in anymore, plus the obvious scratches.
Can anyone share some advice on 1. What exactly is this called 2. What are we looking at in terms of cost, although it seems it's a simple enough project I should be able to handle on my own.

Can you provide a bit more detail as to how to get that top spoiler out? I remove the 2 bolts in the corner, 2 bolts under the rubber plugs, and 3 nuts underneath the trim.
This is the point where I'm stuck. What am I suppose to pull up on? Is it the entire spoiler? Or is the top painted cover supposed to separate?
Also, where are the 6 clips located, so I know where to apply pressure.
