Default Install grab handle on a-pillar?

Hello - wondering if its possible to install a grab handle on the a-pillar on the RX similar to what is on the GX and LX: https://www.lexus.com/models/GX/gallery. My mom is quite short and likes using the a-pillar grab handle on her current vehicle, but there isn't one on the Lexus RX. I've looked for any after-market solutions and there aren't any.

Thoughts?

Ya thats an option, but she still needs to grab ahold of something to get in. Does the steering wheel turn / slip if grabbed park? Any recommended running boards?

if the car is not running (turned on), the steering wheel can't be turned.

How about the overhead handles in the front headliner? That works for me and my friends.

See page 524 of RX350 Owner's Manual for picture of the four handles in the headliner above each door
