Default Soft Cargo Bag using Roof Rack

On our 2019 RX, the roof rack attachment is limited to 36" of space between .
Our trade-on 2015 RX , we transported using a Thule soft cargo bag . This vehicle had side rails to attach lines. The 2019 side rails does not provide any crossover.

Only option is see is to eliminate the cross rails and connect through the windows. Ugly and not practical. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
David

I just recently installed Thule crossbars and spaced them 33 in apart. Expensive way to go, but solid solution. Here’s a link to that thread, and all Thule part numbers are there.
