Yes it’s likely the tsb will fix it. Slow speed bumps cause the creak every time. Dealer should know about this common issue and easily replace them.

Ok, I guess my new post got moved to this thread. I scrolled up and found L-SB-0030-19. Looks like it doesn't apply to 2021 models... but the sound seems like that is what it is.

Default Squeaking-like sound when we go over speed bumps.

We have a 2019 RX350 with 36k miles in incredible shape. I do t drive it often but I did today to get us a new battery but noticed when going over speed bumps at my daughters school that the rear area, either the liftgate of the shocks were making a slight noise.

Has anyone else had something like this and what was it?

I kind of feel like it's the liftgate on the left rear side.

It could be the gate, but it could also be the rear suspension.

I have a 2020 that has this issue and isn’t included in this TSB for whatever reason. I’ve tried to go to the dealer about this and they couldn’t reproduce it but it is noted on my records. My 4 year warranty expired and now I’m not sure what they’ll do as the sound has gotten worse.

I've had the rear suspension squeak for a few months, although I didn't recognize it as such until recently. It sounded exactly like it was coming from the back seat behind the driver and only noticed at low speed. I'm pleased to report that silicone spray in the right spot, as noted in post 129 (Rear suspension noise - Page 9 - ClubLexus - Lexus Forum Discussion), fixed it. I sprayed it in the evening and let it sit overnight. No more squeak.

Default Squeaky noise from trunk area

Did you hear some squeaky noise coming from trunk area when driving over bumps or on uneven road?

I thought it’s a strut noise but I don’t think I would hear it so clear from inside the car, also it happens sometimes.

I also thought it could be because of plastic boxes on the left side underneath the trunk floor level, I removed one of them but the noise didn’t disappear, also it’s coming from the right side as well and there are no boxes there.

I am confused, did anybody hear the same noise?

Take a look at a similar thread here: Rear suspension noise - Page 10 - ClubLexus - Lexus Forum Discussion. The link is to my post and it includes a link to another post in the thread that shows the fix for a rear suspension squeak. It worked for me.

this happened to me as well especially when it is hot outside turns out it was this gloss black piece making the noise i would move it and it made the same noise.

i fixed by tightening the bolt underneath accessible by opening the hatch

Thank you for the link!

I put a silicon lubricant to that rubber bushing and it looks like the noise disappeared.

But how often do you need to put lubricant there? Another solution I guess is just to replace trailing arm?

My black trim also makes noise. Thanks for the tip!
