Rear windows motor under the warranty?
Hi all, my 2016 RX 350 rear windows are not functioning. I believe the windows motors has broke down and my vehicle has not been to any type of accidents. Is it still under the manufacturer warranty?

Sorry to have to ask, but did you check the drivers door to ensure the "window" lock switch is not depressed? Seems odd that they would both fail at the same time. That said, the basic warranty runs for 4 years, 50,000 miles. If you have any other warranties, or your vehicle was CPO, it may have a longer warranty. Check with your dealer to verify, but check your drivers door switch first.

Like kmiller suggests, just go to the dealer and ask. Otherwise, a good local body shop would probably be able to help. Assuming the RR window doesn't work from either the door switch or the drivers door switch? That would indicate a problem in the RR door itself.

Have you done any work to the recently? I had my old Lexus in for work at the dealership. And when they brought it out. One window wouldnt work. And the doors wouldn't lock
They needed to do a system reset of some type because the battery was disconnected.
