so i have a 2019 Lexus RX450HL. the HL comes equipped with captains chair in the middle. Is there anyway for me to switch to the bench chair in the RX350L? I tried searching for info on this but couldn't find any.

I have access to the diagrams for assembly and removal of both the captains chairs and the bench seat for the RX450HL's but i cannot determine if the mounting points are shared between the 2 models. I would nearly guarantee they are though, since the L model's chassis floor plan should be identical between the bench seat and captains chairs. The seats are likely one of the last things to be installed at the factory. The only problem I foresee is the fact that many of the mounting points for the bench seat will not have provisions in the carpet for the bolts, they'll be covered up and require some cutting to access.

Sure! Its unfortunately a quite involved process, as the service manuals want you to basically remove all the trim in the back of the car, but from my experience you can usually get away with skipping half of it by being creative and careful not to damage anything. I wish this forum would allow just uploading a PDF but here are screenshots of both the bench seat removal instructions and the captains chair removal instructions:

@Bylan Would you know if the if i can use my captain chairs rail and order regular 350 back seats and bolt them up. would that work?
