ios 13.1.3 update can't connect
Latest iOS update 13.1.3 and now I cannot connect to my car. It is trying to pair but the car says my bluetooth is not on, which it is, and my phone is saying the car connect is not on.

I tried that, I rebooted phone, deleted the existing the Lexus Car Accessories device from MY DEVICEs and tried to repair and the car and the phone each can't find one another.
