Default Over-The-Air (OTA) software update?

A few days ago, I started our 2016 RX450h F Sport for the first time in over 3 weeks for a day trip. The car backed out of the garage in EV mode and then the engine started, but what was odd was the 12.3 inch display. It indicated the system was starting up and to not turn off the power until complete (I don’t know the exact verbiage on the screen, but it was something to this effect). When it was complete, the Panoramic View Monitor came on as usual, and the car operated normally. Then I noticed some things that I needed to re-set to my personal preferences. The radio came on in AM. I only listen to SiriusXM. And the navigation had lost several settings; the same settings lost when the 12 volt battery is dead or removed. Since the car started normally, except for the unusual message on the 12.3 inch display, my conclusion is that Lexus may have or must have done an Over-The-Air (OTA) software update. I was not aware Lexus did OTA updates. Does anyone know for sure if they do or not?

While not familiar with 450hs, I'll just toss this out there, after sitting for 3 weeks, maybe the battery got low and it shut off everything else to save as much as possible to start the engine?

I suppose it's possible the car sacrificed power to some systems in order to preserve power to start the engine and hybrid system. I would have expected the battery to last longer than a few weeks before this would happen, especially for a battery only 3 months old.
