Coming up on my first free CPO service for my FWD 2016 RX350 with 12inch Nav. I'm gonna pay for the map update as its never been done.

I know about the Transmission TSB. And will get that done.

Are there any other updates to ask for while its in the shop? Like Infotainment? And other TSBs?

Most of the TSB’s would require you actually having the issue. If the car is driving fine and not making any noises be thankful. The hesitation TSB is most definitely the one TSB that every single RX needs whether you notice it or not.

I also got a rear control arm changed under warranty due to squeaking on speed bumps, had a rear door rubber seal replaced as it got detached a bit.

Please also check if they have an update for Gracenote DB - album covers photos for artists/albums. I forgot to ask.

And I usually replace rubber inserts on wiper blades once a year.

I dropped off my Lexus yesterday for the scheduled service. A few days before while I was getting gas. I noticed one of my rear bumper parking sensors was missing. Just a big hole in the bumper. Hopefully it just came loose and is still there.

 

Got my RX back and the transmission update works great. Very smooth shifting now.

The parking sensors had all of the retaining clips missing. So the one that came free was just inside the bumper.

They weren't able to do the map update as they were backordered.
