Auto tilting down mirror

Quick question how to disable auto tilt down when reversing car? My side mirrors got frozen overnight and got stuck but I heard motor running and afraid damage it.

One of the two button to select which mirror to adjust is lit, click on the one lit so that none of the two are lit, it will disable the auto backup position.

On my NX300, the mirrors do not tilt when the right-side/left-side adjustment switch on the door is left in the middle position. I think the RX works the same way.
