Yesterday when I tried to check stock prices I got the message that the enform app was not running. I pulled over and loaded it on my phone and it immediately said lexus enform has stopped. The app would not open. Three calls later to Lexus and one uninstall and reinstall it still won’t run. Lexus was at a loss as to why. Suggested I try again today. I just did and the problem still exists. Any ideas on solution. Thanks.

 

Mine crashes every now and then (the app, not the car) but all I do is "close all apps" and then it starts and works fine.

 

Maybe there was a defective Enform update. The similar Toyota Entune Android phone app for Toyota brand vehicles has crashed every time it's executed since an update was implemented on around 11/14/2019.

Check Google Play to see if others are now having a problem with Enform and when the problem started. You could also submit a review on Google Play that documents that the Enform app is not working but I wouldn't count on a quick fix. It's sometimes taken months for a defective update to be corrected.
