Does anyone know if its illegal to ride with these on in the daytime used as drl’s? Or are they considered actual fog lights and only suppose to be used in foggy weather. Virginia has bad car laws. Really not trying to get pulled for bs.

DRLs are mandatory in Canada and they come in all shapes and forms. The ones in some RAV4 grades look just like these.

In the other hand our roads are filled with transport trucks with multiple LED aftermarket lights on the front and they are always on the highways in Canada and USA. With that being said it's very difficult to answer if an aftermarket light will be judged as illegal or okay by a law enforcement officer.

Thanks for the response. Do you know if these stay on with the drl’s when they come stock with the vehicle or are they on their own separate function?

In Canada all DRLs must be on at all times. Not sure about how they work in US. There might be an off switch for USA market cars.

I dont see how turn on fog lights would be illegal in the states. Unless they are a different color besides white and yellow.

A lot of states say its illegal to have fogs on when there is no fog. I don't know how serious they are about enforcing but my state is pretty bad when it comes to car laws. I just bought some used oem's off ebay. tons on there and as soon as I put em in my watchlist I got some super offers. I'll let yall know if I figure anything good out

With all kinds of lights on new cars today, how would they even know they're fogs?

I recently purchased a 2021 rx350 and was sad to see that it didnt come with fogs. Has anyone installed aftermarket fog lights on theirs? any suggestions?

Aftermarket fog lights are available. However, the wiring harness kit is not available. I am too waiting for them.
