2020 RX - Fog Lamps - Where to find?
Hello, I'm trying to find part number for OEM 2020 RX fog lamps that come with triple led package. In my 2020 RX F-Sport I chose to go with standard Bi-LED route, and I must say at night I see much further down the road now than in my '17 Triple LEDs RX.
Triple LEDs provide beauty and very wide (but near) beam, but lack in output distance. I'd like to add fog lamps to bring back that wide light spread.
Ideas? Thanks!

I have the same setup. The turn signal stalk is different as well with fog lights. When my past vehicles had fog lights I never used them and never missed them. Might not be worth a retro fit in my opinion.

Fog lamps for 2020 RX350 F
Hello I have the same question, in fact I posted this in the different tread “Headlight options” to see if somebody from there could answer our question... I attached a pic so it will be clear what I am looking for... let’s see if somebody comments about it...

You can not add the fog lamps after purchase. These are factory options. Your car will not have the wires and the switch on the light stack.

I'm definitely missing the near wide light to see sidewalk / deer / pedestrians.

I went onto the TIS for the 2020. Shows the part but not the part numbers. The parts site(s) (both Lexus official online store and other online stores) still only have the 2019 parts and of course the 2020 models have different fog lights. I will keep poking around but you might have to call or stop into a Lexus shop to be sure that you are getting the 2020 parts numbers.

Here is the part number for the left side lamp/assembly 81220-48070. I'm still searching for the right side part number. After looking at our 2020 RX350 I have discovered the connections for the lights are in place and our light stalk has the fog lamps marked. I've read but not substantiated that the bumper cover has to be removed in order to install the lamp/assemblies. A friend with a body shop has offered to remove and install the front bumper cover for 100 dollars which make's this project doable. A note of caution when hunting these lamp assembles. Apparently it is very common and easy for the install tabs to be broken so when purchasing used units be sure the tabs are intact or repairable. Once I get the right side part number I'll give the numbers to a junk yard friend of mine who will put the numbers on the national network. My guess is the price for a set of working assemblies with intact mounting brackets will be 250 dollars per side? I'll report back if anyone is interested.

Amazon has these:
which is not quite a match to paid4c4's p/n -- that one leads to this: https://parts.toyota.com/p/Fog-Light...122048070.html
however, seeing how the part numbers are constructed for the older model right and left lights, you can suspect what the right side part number would be, and sure enough here it is:
