Default How do you activate the front camera display?

The front camera display used to come on whenever I drove under about 8 mph, but a few days ago for some reason it quit doing that. It wasn't set to do that by default, but I can't seem to remember or find how I turned that feature on. Does anyone know?

You gotta press the view button on the left hand side of the dash to bring the cameras up. Then on the screen view on the lower left hand side you'll see a Auto button. Just click that one and it'll come on at parking lot speeds again automatically. I'm finding it to be annoying because when I want to change a setting when coming to a stop, the cameras come on and it resets my radio or whatever else view I wanted to change at the light.

Thanks guy. The View button was what I couldn't remember. I agree it's a pain when you need to set something when you stop, but I use it a lot when pulling into a parking space to make sure I'm lined up. Thanks again.

You could just hit the button as you approach a space. It will stay on unless you exceed 8 mph.

Is that feature only for the models with built in Nav. I never saw that on mine.

It needs NAV plus 12.3" monitor. I ordered a custom build order just to make sure this feature is there. It is absolutely fantastic. If all cars had this, dings would be thing of the past.

If you don't see a camera in the front of your car.. you don't have one

It's right under the Lexus emblem

I think you have front camera if you have that 360 view option.

Default Forward camera on RX350L

Is there a simple explanation of how the forward camera works? (Yes, I've looked at the manual)
One arrangement is that the camera turns on whenever you come to a stop. This can be annoying at stop signs when you are looking at the GPS.
Another arrangement is always off unless you press the button below the trunk release button.
Sometimes this gives a spinning panorama view and sometimes it switches from map mode to camera mode.
In camera mode there are two options at the bottom of the screen, one of which is to have the camera automatically come on when
you slow down I don't know what the other icon selects.

That being said, the front camera is AWESOME for parking.

I had the same thing happen....the front camera stopped working. I really like the feature for head in parking.
I called the Lexus guru at the dealer, and he told me to push the button on the left side, right below the trunk hatch button.

Once the camera is on, you can select options at the bottom of the camera display on the screen.

I just picked up my 450H F-Sport and was wondering how to enable this. Thanks.
